I think that so far you are doing a decent job as a moderator, but I would still like you to have another week or two before you go for admin. You should try to handle as many reports as you can to show your experience. Your attitude at points has been questionable but i'm not that concerned, but to convince others I suggest you act as friendly and helpful as you can over the next week or so.
