How does that say ‘if you make it so someone’s computer can’t handle something to make them crash then you’ll be punished’ exploiting is so vague and it doesn’t even cover it, yes it’s unintentional to crash someone but they’re literally using an in game feature that didn’t even cause anyone to crash. Honestly it’s so vague that it’s hard to understand, yes they were maliciously trying to get someone to crash however it’s not very explicit, and leaves lots of room for different interpretations. However it’s pretty obvious that if these lights crash your game you shouldn’t have alts on the server Everything on both ends was settled for. everyone forgave each other and just wants to play the server again no harm was caused and i think everyone that got banned for this should be unbanned That's true. but like what was said by smol none of the people involved knew that intentionally placing lights would result in a perm ban. now i don't think anyone crashed which is still an attempt but maybe shouldve been punished lighter not knowing the rules is not an excuse but everyone is genuinely sorry and i doubt this will occur again. |

That's true the exploiting rule isn't covering this scenario. cuz lets say u put lights for ur shop and there's alts there and u get banned for it while not trying anything to cause harm to other players. this is why there's no real solution to this but a perm ban is just very extreme for this situation |

I think that everyone who has taken part in such malicious activities should be unbanned as they now know it is something they shouldn't do and is simply inexcusable if committed again, both sides are in the wrong here (both JH & PL members who have committed these actions) and they understand their mistakes. If such actions were done again, the ban should be replaced and not be considered so easily IMO.

In a way there has been a positive effect since they've been permabanned. The thing is, warnings don't prove as much as a perm would, and just warning them wouldn't have done the work the perm did. Everyone is aware of this now and I doubt it will happen again. I do agree that a perm is a long ban for what was done, but as I've said its shown everyone a lesson. Jusu's appeal has been accepted and lowered down to 2 weeks, the other people banned should have even less since Jusu had more on his rapsheet then they did. I've spoken to Onion and said my thoughts. |

Wrong, you guys did crash 2 of my alts last time in which I lost a full shelf from. This wasn't the time you were unbanned, but the time before. I was not refunded for that, you guys were blowing up cars in front of my alts, spamming m202 rounds, placing as many textscreens as possible, and spawning in lights, with how malicious that was I can't believe that you had the intent to refund.
I'd support your ban appeal if it was a little more genuine. |

After talking with Hiro and checking out your rapsheet I have decided to lower your ban. You have currently been banned for 5 days. Due to you also having recent punishments before the ban I have decided to lower the ban to 3 days. I hope during these 3 days you read over the rules and when you come back you will start following them or else you will be place back on the ban list. You can find the server rules here!
