To much recent warns, e.g. nope... just biased admin team thinking a traitor always spots the c4 of his buddies.

Story - What happened?
I got blown up by a c4 of a traitor buddy, reported him. he replied rudely that i could see it instead of apologizing so i kept the report since he hadn't given any warnings in chat. I hit him with my crowbar, he followed me, i told him not to twice in chat, twice in voice. he kept following. I kill him, alsay might be justified, but i still had only one warn. Instead i get banned with one active warning by Tom simply because they fail to see that writing where c4 is around in team-chat is easier then always looking at all 720 angles within 45 seconds.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?
cant obtain since i got banned.

I always learned to WARN in traitor chat for c4's and traps. Apparently i can kill traitor buddies by using c4 without concequence.

If you die to a C4, that is completely your fault, you can see where it is on the map for a minimum of 45 seconds before it explodes, reporting a T buddy for placing a C4 is utterly stupid as it's part of their role and they can't control who dies to it, you can.

I also know you do not have 1 warning, you have loads of recent punishments (they last for 2 weeks) and a 2 day ban is very justified here.

Basically told you all of this in game already and this was not your first warn. And I'll tell it all again to the handling admin

Handling

When i joined the server, it said i had 0 active warnings. Loads of recent warnings means little since i've played more then the average admin/mod the last few weeks. proof: playtime Gmod last 2 weeks is over 56 hours.

Just saying, if traps require warnings, so do c4. it is just as easily argued a traitor should expect traps to be activated as it is to say a traitor can see a c4 in 45 seconds just because he can see them trough walls. What if i were hitting the iron ores and didn't see the c4 being planted? the ores take at least 30 seconds to kill, giving me less then 15 seconds to spot the c4 AND get away. Seems like a double standard to me.

What if i tell you one of my recent warns was because i shot an inno, who just like me, heard a c4, but decided it was fun to block me in the house at the nether portal. I got slain and warned for that even though it is pretty darn easy to argue it wasn't RANDOM and therefor no RDM. Seems like a double standard to me.

If we aren't allowed to bend the rules, why are you? Write on paper that c4 killing tbuddies is or is not allowed or apply the same rules to any other traitor weapon/trap killing a traitor buddy.

There is a difference between recents and active warnings.
Recents are any punishment over the last 2 weeks, active warnings are warnings only from the last 24 hours or so.
You got banned for too many recents, I looked at your recents earlier and saw you had 5, and here you got another one to put it up to 6, which means Tom is more than right to ban you for a couple of days. I would suggest appealing that punishment from earlier today, which, if accepted, puts you down to 5 recents, at which point you can appeal the ban.
