I guess I've thought about it and my main reason for resigning was because nobody did F1s but on second thoughts we do have the F1 limit coming into place - the only other thing I'll have to deal with is my boredom when on SSRP but the reason for that is because I rarely got to play when I was active, I would try to dedicate most of my time during my day to F1s and not roleplay.

This time I'm going to try to find a fair balance between the two and start encouraging other staff to do their fair share of F1s and pull their own weight.
