so it looks like i m not hard working after i become 2 time mod becoz i dont know rules and some times i become afk so i think its time to resign so i would like to say thx to my best mate

Doesn't really sound like you need to resign, just re-read the rules a couple times or ask another staff member for an explanation on the things you don't understand. Everyone makes mistakes, even staff. Just because you did not get accepted as an admin does not mean that you won't have another chance to be promoted. You don't need to resign. If you say "sorry guys I leave cause I don't know the rules", first everybody make mistakes sometimes, we just need to try to don't do it again. If you need precision you can ask to me and I'll help you. Second be AFK isn't very bad, just don't be too long or say to us "I'll be AFK, I'm back in 5min". Again if you need help you can contact me. I don't think you need to resign but it's your choise not mine.
