TOPIC: Resignation

This is gonna be a long one but I politely request that you read it


The activity of other staff members and the cm team has been abysmal, in the past 2 weeks I have only seen 2 other staff members dealing with situations involving server to server trolls, f1's and helping out players. I have consistently helped new players understand the server and get them to the point they are joining on a daily basis and loving the server, making friends and becoming valued members of the community.

On top of this having to deal with a pathetically unhelpful cm team (Excluding Martin who was the only one with the decency to reply to me) A team who no matter how much I wanted to cooperate I got little to no response or answers. Instead I got left in the dark with multiple possible outcomes including rumors of a complete wipe, which then put me into a state of almost shadowbanned/softlocked with everything I do in case of being accused of "inventory manipulation". During the whole situation never once did a CM Team member reach out and ask any questions in regards to the situation and only know brief information and made the choice not to investigate further personally, from this they have come to a decision on what to do without even giving me or anyone else even 5 minutes to explain IN FULL what happened and make a decision from there (I will leave a screenshot of a message I sent during a conversation I had explaining it in full to another person so at least someone can listen to my side of the story). Another huge part to this story and im sure it had an impact on the outcome was a large detail (being that WE DID NOT REPORT THIS) This detail that had been MANIPULATED because a person (who will remain nameless because I don't have proof of this and refuse to be silenced under another lie of "slander") LIED about not having any knowledge about any of this even though IT WAS REPORTED TO THEM 36-48 HOURS BEFORE THE URANIUM PROCESSOR WAS DISABLED and at NO POINT did this person tell us to stop or pass on the message only to "switch sides" to save themselves even though their decision most definitely impacted the outcome. Even though I have paid back what I was told I owe (although disagreements are there in regards to the number I cooperated paid in full and covered another person's debt (with them repaying me when they can) just to make things go as smooth as possible) I still feel like this is not the end of the situation, which believe or not is not a great feeling. So here's hoping by resigning that can put an end to this.

When I have been dealing with situations on ssrp that involves alt accounts, I have request information only a cm team member only to be blanked. I also had a situation involving myself getting an instant confession from someone who was cheating and I alone made the situation run as smooth as possible and got them to confess to cheating to myself and then members of the LT, in response to me getting him to confess and making the situation run quickly saving multiple LT members time I got called "retarded".

The disconnect between LT + CMT and staff is worse than its ever been to the point we are completely voiceless and without any assistance when its desperately needed, a strong team (everyone who is any form of staff) requires leaders with backbones and to fulfill the job of leading/managing. As it seems the only time any higher up gets involved is when they have personal bias or have something to gain.

Only after typing out all of this am I realizing the subtle irony of my words about not being listened too and if patterns continue to repeat, this is will ignored also.
