TOPIC: A poll for general thoughts on my Admin skills

A poll for this. Please note this is to be taken seriously so only answer depending on whether you have actually seen me staffing in-game (so take part in the TTT community) and answer honestly.
I am doing this because I am going for a position on a different game entirely and I want some good reviews and what I can improve on. So if your answer is no or there are some improvements please put them in the comments below instead of "no" or some other shit. Helpful advice/ideas to improve how I currently do my job will be appreciated. If this is not taken seriously I will just have to ask for this to be locked as if people do not answer honestly and helpfully I cannot see that it would be useful to anyone, so please answer with your thoughts on my admin skills and not me as a person.
(My gametracker will be of no help in the past week because I put an inactivity notice up for last week, before you moan)

Yes you do a good job with handling reports and handing out valid punishments, as of yet the only thing is you need to come back of which you have stated so looking forward to you coming back, only thing i can say is everyone can do with more experience no matter what!

If you really want to know how people think about you the best way about it is not making a post on the forums. The best way that will give you the most information is just asking people on steam.

So, I'll write it again : You can't build a case on your image if you don't give us a case to build. One of the bigest fronts of an image in a staff member is his activity and consistency.

And I'm aware you put up the inactivity notice. And here is ADVICE for that, which you wanted - to not come off as attention-seeking as a few other comments before they got removed might make you seem, what you could do is ask higher ups or lead team members for TTT to keep a closer eye on you and provide feedback on your moderation at the end of the week. Again, letting them build a case on you. Have consistent moderation and attitude towards players, and fellow staff members.

I got no clue why you'd make a post like this in all honesty if it wasn't for attention.
