Issue/Bug: police weapon checkers are broken

Date/Time: found out today

Location on the map (if applicable): worldwide

Brief description of the issue/bug: for example - police officer goes to a miner who has a golden pickaxe in hand and does a weapon check with the right mouse button, they instantly get wanted and the police officer confiscates that pickaxe.

Lua errors: none

Screenshot or Video: tested with Joshua and its broken...

Extra Information: nope

After deliberation with some other admins, we believe that using this "feature" to arrest miners currently counts as RDA, not exploiting, but I will bring this up with the staff team on the SSRP meeting today on the 10th of December to get clarification on whether this is unintended or not and the appropriate punishment for using this "feature" to arrest miners. If it is in fact, unintended, I will make sure to ask them to fix it ASAP

As it states in the police rules, it is not your concern why someone is wanted.

As it states in the police rules, it is not your concern why someone is wanted.

FFS, people are abusing "weapon checker" tool, to get people wanted, as i know devs didnt add gpick to whitelisted items(like legal item)...?
