After deliberation with some other admins, we believe that using this "feature" to arrest miners currently counts as RDA, not exploiting, but I will bring this up with the staff team on the SSRP meeting today on the 10th of December to get clarification on whether this is unintended or not and the appropriate punishment for using this "feature" to arrest miners. If it is in fact, unintended, I will make sure to ask them to fix it ASAP
