Suggestion Title: Cooldown to avoid bots

How would it benefit the server: Well as you can see, every day many bots join the forums to advertise their shitty brands. This will change things, advertisers or bots hopefully dont wanna wait 10-15 mins to post 1 website, they will go to the next website.

Potential Issues/Exploits: idk they might wait

bots are not really an issue, we just need active forum staff to remove the posts and ban them

This would harm our users' experience. You say bots wouldn't wait, but bots have plenty of time - heck, they don't even experience time. For them, the 10 minute wait is just another tick.

For users, however, that want to report staff, other uaers or apply for the servers (or just people that need help in general, and then we aren't even talking about the people that want to buy boosters or VIP), such a ten minute wait would be extremely irritating.

Say you just joined a new community and want to go to the forums for whichever reason, wouldn't you be extremely put off by the fact that you'd have to wait 10 minutes or longer before you can actually do the thing you want to do?

So no, this never should - and won't - happen.

So if a new player comes on the forums to either report a player (or staff) or ask some staff to come on a certain server you expect them to wait?

No offense but you really don't know what your talking about and that wouldnt deter them at all. They would just wait and then post their spam bots they dont give two shits only spam.
