For users, however, that want to report staff, other uaers or apply for the servers (or just people that need help in general, and then we aren't even talking about the people that want to buy boosters or VIP), such a ten minute wait would be extremely irritating.

Say you just joined a new community and want to go to the forums for whichever reason, wouldn't you be extremely put off by the fact that you'd have to wait 10 minutes or longer before you can actually do the thing you want to do?
