Exactly what I'm thinking. I've since deleted the proof from my computer because I thought I was one of the weird instances that didn't get /refund.

About half the server disconnects and someone (from australia) messages me that.

There should be no doubting this was a server issue, but your refund request is in one place and they apparently take forever to handle. Imo you should get the refund though, it's not like you would've left the game after with your refund ready.
