I hate having my lead team in my gang all be officers, more depth into the ranking system would be amazing

With custom titles for the ranks as well

What I think would be cool could be a system similar to the mGangs system where the gang leader can modify permissions of different groups in the gang and create / delete groups.
Would make it a lot easier to manage gangs, and make it more immersive.
