I suggested this and EMP denied it, so there's your insight on chances.

Normally I wouldn't care if a staff member was young, on the condition he is mature and can handle the power he gets.
A small but noticeable percentage of the staff team is immature, abusive and just not ready to have any sort of power; these are the people that this suggestion is directed to.

Not necessary. If maturity is an issue than the team should be made aware of that either through comments on the application or Steam messages, etc. But I've seen very mature younger kids turn into good staff members. Age isn't always necessarily equivalent to maturity.

People can be stupid and abusive no matter their age.

This doesn't man any sense, I've met people on here that are twice as old as other people and are still less mature than them, and vice versa. This doesn't really need to happen, nor does it make sense.
