How would it benefit the server:

Make It More Accurate

Potential Issues/Exploits:

Spawn Kill, Just Joined

Additional notes:

After A nuke has gone off anyone in that district 10 minutes after take damage. Like Nerve gas where the damage doesn't stop afterwards so you continue to take damage to avoid the issues there could be a banner like where the nuke activation banner is saying "Nuclear Radiation <District> <Time>" also set it so it wouldn't damage you in spawn district This would add more realism to the nuke
