Suggestion Title: Third Person View

How would it benefit the server: Third Person is on Friendly Player's DarkRP server and I love the feature on Zarp's servers as well. It's fun to be able to get a new perspective on your character and to be able to see what you actually look like. Could be really cool with the suits and other cosmetics.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Peeking around corners gaining an advantage over those in first person.

Third person peeking around corners to gain an advantage over users not using third person, this was used on a different community I played on and instantly got removed because of the huge advantage you would get, its like if you spawned a camera in the middle of a raid and looked down the hallway and peeked and shot right when he peaked.

Thirdperson is fun
But it can also be used to get an unfair advantage over other people

There is little to no skill in SSRP, this won't cause any big problems.

I like third person and with this server it could be cause with their own skin and armor i think whe could try it and after if whe find any problem that whe cant resolve whe could remove it.
