Suggestion Title: Faster Reload Character Upgrade

How would it benefit the server: It could potentially stop people ammo exploiting and help people raid / defend bases easier!

Potential Issues/Exploits: Complaints about another unfair character upgrade...

Additional notes: Would be pretty cool make the icon a circular arrow. This was written mid solo bank raid please don't judge the lack of thought put into this thread, lol.

EDIT: Since the recent patch that forces you to reload when you get a gun out I felt this would be an excellent suggestion to bump, maybe I could get Narexa to help me work on a upgrade block as an idea of what it could look like.

Sounds dope, would make everyone want SCU's for a bit.

In my opinion it's a bit unneeded. People who holster abuse/ammo abuse will be punished when caught doing it anyway. This will just make combat a bigger mess. I'm pretty sure it would be overpowered with weapons like gluon gun, TGUN & M202/M303. But it is interesting, I will give you that.

Although it sounds interesting its not really needed, people will still holster abuse and the upgrade will only be bought by very rich people, since its not all that useful.
If they're going to add another upgrade, i think a different one could be better.

BUMPING since this seems like it would be a great addition to the server now you have to reload when you get a gun out.

With this new update this is the only new upgrade that should be added, because we currently have alot of upgrades, but this one would definetily be a great fit after the holster exploit fix.
