Suggestion Title - x2 Special Weapon Holster Upgrade

How would It Benefit the Server ? - A Lot of people have lost their special weapons due to the time they take to holster, So with this upgrade you need 1 Super Charged Uranium and 100 million SSRP cash, Also with this it will increase the worthiness of the SCU making it more worth buying from shops, etc this upgrade will Halve the time that it takes to holster a special weapon.

Potential Issues / Exploits - None that I can think of.

I do agree that the current holster speed of weapons is just magnificently huge.. I mean I get that its meant to stop people from dropping and holstering a weapon to prevent its loss.. but jeez.

I do think though that it should be decreased to 50 million cash to allow mid tier players the chance to use special weapons without fear of loosing them, its that anxiety of all that money going to waste is why I don't see special weapons too often early-mid.

imagine a billionaire with all op weps and character upgrades, this upgrade will be easy for him to get, and he will be undefeatable, which means new players - mid-tier will get raided more easily.
