Suggestion Title: Removing gifting option

How would it benefit the server: Less trolling and frustration when trying to remove useless crap what other people sent.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None.

Additional notes: There is no reason for this gifting feature to be here.

I agree with Kristofferson because I honestly like to gift items more then send trades to people because trades usually take longer.
