Suggestion Title: an option to disable ppl from giving u gifts

How would it benefit the server: stop those shi*y annoying gifts

Potential Issues/Exploits: None i think

You can give people more then a single item and just fill up their inventory space

This could be a good suggestion however they're not a thing out there that will make it like you only get good gifts or something.
