TOPIC: Nuke changes

Server Name: SSRP 1.

Suggestion Title: Make it so you can't drop nukes if there aren't 5 or more cops online.

How would it benefit the server: It would mean people don't lose their nukes.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Can't place nuke down when waiting for cops.

Additional notes: If this is seriously too much to handle for people, at least add a warning so people know. I just lost a nuke because of this. My friend went on my laptop and dropped the nuke (and made me lose a jugg suit but that's unrelated) with no cops online, leading me to get pissed off and say some shit I regretted. Sorry to everyone that got offended by what I said.

I see no problems with it and you will get less people losing their nukes because of this

That's your fault though not the server's fault? I don't see any need for this to be changed if you drop your nuke that's your responsibilty you should know that you need cops and players online.
