It's always been this way , new player's shouldn't even get a nuke it's worth 9m they should rather buy special weapons and equipment to do well instead of spending all there money on a risky nuke. Your trying to make a mid-game item friendlier for new players this makes no sense? Again it would be your fault for not researching on how to launch a nuke.
