Server Name: Zarp 1 and Zarp 2 SSRP

Suggestion Title: An idea I have had for a while in any SSRP servers is if you walk out a certain distance away from the PD (up to you guys) you will be released from jail but not TP'd at spawn. The player who escaped jail will have a wanted sign for the crime they did plus for breaking out of jail. I also think this should be added if they were unarrested before their timer went down to 0 by someone that is not part of the government

How would it benefit the server: Make it slightly more realistic by getting a wanted level for breaking out of jail...

Potential Issues/Exploits: if Staff members need to un arrest someone for a sit it could be a slight hassle
