TOPIC: [SSRP] Stun stick abuse rule

Suggestion Title:
Adding a stun stick abuse rule

How would it benefit the server:
Stop all the confusion, and make it so staff can actually have things to go back on.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Still can be vague, since you cant really define how many times a stun stick is used until its abused.

Additional notes:
I've seen countless threads about stun stick abuse and whether it is or isn't a rule. Because there is no rule at the moment and its so vague that it can be abused by staff and users alike. So in a recent thread, para said this:This is true, but this can only be applied when someone is repeatedly stun sticking someone, so its obliviously stun stick abuse. But how many times is it?
I can think of a million reason why to stun stick a guy 5 times in a row, in rp they could of done something small wrong for example; Slightly hitting someone with their car. For this, stun stick them 5 times as punishment. There, thats an RP reason to repeatedly stun stick someone.
But, since there's no rule on it the staff are left to deem when it is stun stick abuse or not, when theres no rule on it and nothing ever said about it.
I have been pulled up before many times for "stunstick abuse" when im trying to calm a fight down as a police officer. Most staff seem to assume if you stun stick more than 2 or 3 times its abuse when in the situation above i think it isnt.

Im not really sure how to solve this but i think we can add a rule to stay its stun stick abuse if you hit them more than twice with no valid rp reason to do so, but i also dont think its an exploit as all we know is that the stunsticks were actually added as a way of non lethal force, so actually its up to the person how they use it. (unless ofc you are using it to move players, give them boosts ect, thats not what its for.)

until its addressed properly, this as it will just continue to be a grey area to be used and abused.

A stun stick can do damage so by hitting someone with a stun stick you risk damaging them that falls under the category of RDM or as para explained earlier -

I see no harm in adding a rule about this just to clear any possible confusion on the subject.

It only does damage when you right click, apart from this it does not cause damage.

This could easily be added into the 'RDM' rule by stating not only causing damage to another player without a valid RP reason, but also any sort of disorientation such as the stun from the stun-stick.

Definitely should be stated in the rules. I was warned the other day for basically stun sticking a guy, to reiterate LEFT CLICK so no damage is taken. Tyler pulled me up and demoted me from all cop jobs. It states in the rules that I can be demoted for not following the agenda of arresting , hunting criminals but instead I was warned, despite the moderator not taking any damage.

A lot of other things should be put in the rules like stun sticking to boost is an exploit , aswell as hand cannon because this can easily trick individuals like myself
