Suggestion Title: Hazmat suit

How would it benefit the server: New job specific item that allows a new way of making money and encourages basing

Potential Issues/Exploits: None that I can think of

Additional notes: So make a hazmat suit that is like edf but for drug delaer and it allows you to make new types of drugs like meth/crack/cocain/heroin etc.

The idea of a Hazmat suit is interesting but I'm not sure how much it would tie into making the new drugs.
