Suggestion Title: V.I.P Name tags

How would it benefit the server: Adds more customization to group/gangs and could boost v.i.p sales

Potential Issues/Exploits: allow people to impersonate staff by changing their name and adding [Moderator] at the start of their name.(Could make this result in a warning)

additional notes:
This is on bhop so why not add it to deathrun?
Also as like my group you could have a name infront of it??
It would be sooo COOL!

The one we use on Bunny Hop is apart of the Flow Gamemode, not sure how we'd work about doing this unless it was coded from scratch. We have this on the bhop server. VIP's can do /vip (I think I can't remember the exact command) and change the tag on there name.
