Suggestion Title: V.I.P Name tags

How would it benefit the server: Adds more customization to group/gangs and could boost v.i.p sales

Potential Issues/Exploits: allow people to impersonate staff by changing their name and adding [Moderator] at the start of their name.(Could make this result in a warning)

additional notes:
This is on bhop so why not add it to deathrun?
Also as like my group you could have a name infront of it??
It would be sooo COOL!
