TOPIC: DarkRP Staff

I think there needs to be a meeting with darkrp staff, i am on, 11 staff on, 1 on duty, and most claiming they don't see the F1's..
So my suggetsion is:
Make the staff have to be on duty for a certain amount of hours a day ATLEAST unless they can't.
Fix the F1 system.

Please. Just apply if you don't like the current system.

You're just making the entire staff team look bad when there are many good members that do their job for literally nothing back.

There are meetings; SSRP meetings take place every Saturday at 7pm BST, Teamspeak.

Use the template.

1. When some staff members just join they don`t see all the F1`s
2. Staff wants to RP too
3. We do our best on the F1`s, there are sometimes F1 sprees when they stack up so you will need to wait for your F1 to be done

If you tell a staff member that you made an F1 and you require help I bet they'll deal with your F1. If they can't see F1s they should still assist you as this is their job. You do need to keep in mind that there are a lot of players that require help and you can't be number one 24/7. Also forcing staff to be on duty is stupid. There are multiple situations where someone might be unable or doesn't need to do staff work in a day.

i think RP staff have a hard job i remember being staff on FP RP and that was manic enough with all the F1's and the player base was nowhere near Zarps i think they try and do there best they also like to RP once in a while as well if you have a constant problem all i can suggest is maybe PM one of the mods or admins?

2. Why are there 11 staff, 1 on duty? LOl, i get you want to rp aswell, but resign if your not gonna do anything.
3. Fix f1 menu, clearly broken as no one helps, i even /pm staff and they do jack shit.
4. Why is it stupid to require on duty time? "If one doesnt want to be on duty and help people for a whole day" Like it isnt their job? Then resign.

I've talked to staff, they claim it's broken aswell, "we like t roleplay aswell" Yeah, but we also do, and we can't when the staff are rping 24/7 only helping themselfes.

Apply for what? If i apply and i got staff, i would be rping 22/7 cause thats what they do, lel. Not exactly like im the only one complaining, i'm the only one suggesting a change.
