TOPIC: [Suggestion] Updated Moderator Guide.

So basically, I just looked at the old moderator guide download which comes when you get accepted for moderator, and it seems pretty outdated, so I re-made is with permission from Chute.

Suggestion Title: Updated Moderator Guide

How would it benefit the server: This would help new moderators with this guide as the old one is very outdated in my opinion.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None

Additional notes:

To save the lead team time, I have personally worked on the powerpoint for a few days, hopefully this would be accepted to replace the old, outdated one. And maybe it will get accepted ready for tommorow night's meeting and applications.

You're welcome mate. There is an option to code it all yourself and use it as live-broadcast.. Or just use their editor.

Seems cool and very helpfull, when i pressed the link i didn't know how to move the slide so it took me 5 mins O.o anyways there're some images while you're showing the console etc, i think you should cut the images and let only the console there, less background things and easier to see.
