So basically, I just looked at the old moderator guide download which comes when you get accepted for moderator, and it seems pretty outdated, so I re-made is with permission from Chute.

Suggestion Title: Updated Moderator Guide

How would it benefit the server: This would help new moderators with this guide as the old one is very outdated in my opinion.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None

Additional notes:

To save the lead team time, I have personally worked on the powerpoint for a few days, hopefully this would be accepted to replace the old, outdated one. And maybe it will get accepted ready for tommorow night's meeting and applications.
