Suggestion Title:
Gang Chat

How would it benefit the server:
There will be more roleplay with the gangs, and this could be very helpful when you actively play with your gang.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Less people talking in NORMAL/TEAM chat, but VOICE chat will prrobally remain the same amount of users.

Additional notes:
Because of growing gangs, lately I think that something like this could really help roleplaying.
