Suggestion Title: Trial Moderator

How would it benefit the server: It would benefit the server by testing how good the new staff could be just to give them a test but with limited commands to a normal moderator, example they see someone doing a minor rule break whilst teleporting around the map to check if everything is alright and they could have a word with them to attempt them to at least stop, and it would help seperate more of the staff ranks.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None that i can think of.

We choose mods that are ready, in my opinion this isn't needed.

If we would get this we need: Trial Admin/Trial SA. Just too many ranks.

Hm, dint really think this through in enough detail.

If anything there should be a rank between Moderator and Administrator, or Administrators get less powers. You go from a lot to a little in very short time and for inexperienced staff members it could be overwhelming.

Honestly, there is already a sort of "Trial Mod". I'd call it a "Trial-period", Staff members watch new Moderators and see how they handle F1 situations and and what they do for a few days, supporting them and helping them with F1's and such in cloak mode. I got help today from Blocked and Hadouken, I do not think Hadouken was that impressed, I handled the one situation poorly, and he was watching it, then he butted in to helping me.

Overall, Trial-Moderator is not needed.

I agree with everything said above, mods get chosen when we think they are ready and know the rules. They get a training aswell to make sure they know how to use each command and in what situation it could be used.

The full grasp of knowing commands and how to sort situations will come in a couple of days - 2 weeks. For some if takes less time to understand, but for others it take a couple of days and so forth. As many others have stated up here "Mods are chosen when the staff team thinks they are ready for it". If they have proven they are ready, then the least thing the community can do, is to let them get into the role of being mod/Admin. Having the commands etc. adds a whole new aspect of the game.

Additional ranks were denied last week, the general consensus was that our current system works fine.
