TOPIC: [Community suggestion] Roadmap

Idea:
At the community Q&A, I asked if they could create a community roadmap to let us know approximately when updates would come out. Now obviously we cannot expect exact dates as various things could go wrong. But you(CM team) can put up a roadmap with the updates they are planning to do this year and even put up a month date once they know they are close to it.

The following items can be put into a roadmap:

• Updates
• Charities
• Weekly events

Why would they do this?
We are seeing players leave and getting banned because the server in their eyes in "dying" there is nothing fun to do and updates do not come as quick as we want them to come. Creating a roadmap will make sure players know the owners have not forgotten about the servers and are working on servers, we as players can see that there is a upcoming update coming, this attracts players and keeps us wanting more.

As a perfect example of a roadmap look below. Now bare in mind that we cannot expect weekly - monthly updates but we can expect updates to be done within the year.

The downside of keeping a roadmap:
A roadmap requires to be updated when something changes, with already creating updates the roadmap will need to be kept up to date.
These will only be small tweaks yet they will cost some time. Creating the roadmap at first will take some time and effort as planning goes along aswell as creating it.

Overall I hope this will be added within this year as i think this is needed to keep the community alive.

There are both upsides and downsides to this, on one hand, people are more aware of what is actually going on and when, which means they can get excited about future updates, etc. but on the other, if there is a need for a delay for whatever reason, time constraints, unforeseen circumstances, etc. people will be disappointed a lot and rightfully so. I believe it would simply be better for us to know when/what every developer is working on at the time in the form of a weekly or daily post that keeps everyone up to date, that way it's easier for us to predict when things will actually happen and not when they are planned to happen.

Suggested this in that Survey that was sent out to some people, I was going to bring it up in the community council meeting however I was unable to attend it today.
