Suggestion Title: Regen Suit buff (branching off of pears suggestion)
How would it benefit the server: As the original idea of these suits were to help gangs this would be a major improvement)
Potential Issues/Exploits: Can defib gluoned members
Additional notes: Pears post was great but I would like to make a couple of addons, with the ability the suit should be able to revive players with a defib out so it has to go to the injured members and it lasts 10 seconds. This also could be a real threat to players as it possibly could defib members killed by rad rounds. When you take off the suit it is already a 30-second cooldown to put a suit on along with a 5-minute cooldown of the ability. The suit is never used in nukes and something like this could bring a real chance at suit deemed as the absolute worst by everyone to a decent suit. I would argue from the CCs opinion being it would be too OP. This is wrong and here is why, this could really help a smaller gang nuking against large amounts of police along with this brining a huge turn in events. This will also give poorer players a real purpose if they cannot afford another suit. This would mainly be a one time use for a nuke as the cooldown would be a long time.

We've planned out a bunch of balancing changes with suits which includes all of the craftable suits, which should make all of these suits a lot more viable to use - with the changes that have already been made, adding a "secondary" ability to a craftable suit which is quite abundant in the economy would probably be too overpowered, but we'll definitely keep this suggestion in mind when we're testing the new balancing changes in case we do see the need for more changes to be made to buff the suit!
