TOPIC: [SSRP] Allowing Moderator's to Remove props,

Suggestion Title: Allowing Moderator's to be able to REMOVE PROPS as Moderator on Duty.

How would it benefit the server:

Introduction: Now straight of the bat people are saying No as the Moderator Rank is the lowest rank and we get the rank to gain trust and show people that you can be Admin. However there time comes when You're the only staff on and you need to remove props in order to stop lag or if it's prop block and the said person doesn't want to remove them themself so 9 times out of 10 they get kicked. However a Kick on the rapsheet is a harsh punishment instead when we could just remove props if we're Moderator on Duty.

Scenarios:
Now everyone has encountered different situations where this would come in handy and others haven't, However as a Moderator I can tell you that it is a thing and it is stressful when you're the only staff on and you can't even remove props with the remove tool gun. I myself since I have got Moderator have encountered situation:

Prop Spam & Not wanting to remove props = Kick
AFK person with a big base & dead because of Nuke (Kick is too harsh)
Prop Block & AFK (Kick is to harsh)

Now, think about that and let that sink in. How would you feel if you were the Moderator in they situations and you couldn't exactly do much as all that you can do is kick.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Ofcourse with anything, There comes abuse however I'm pretty sure we can add Logs to what staff removed what etc (LT+).

To combat the abuse, Just only allow Moderator's to be able to use the remover toolgun on other peoples props as a Moderator on Duty,

A kick is perfect in this scenario, it's not a harsh punishment if they are causing the server to lag or not removing props after you ask them to. I also just think its fine how it is and shouldn't be changed.

I agree with kick for the prop spam however, If a Nuke goes off and lets say Jay House base and prop blocks. I can't do much as the props are already exploded and sometimes not everyone has explosives.

The Admin rank is there for a reason, if you need things deleted contact a admin or if there is mass prop spam to the point of crashing and there are 0 admins online kick the user.
