This is the only screenshot I have while using the skin. Most people who play TTT on a regular basis also know that I have the skin

Story: I have no idea what happened but it could have something to do with when I was trading with Lotto for a Halloween Zach skin. I don't know why it's involved as I never even put it up for trade, I just lost it right after trading with Lotto

True this man always has it equipped and i myself also lost my kermit out of nowhere it just disappeared from my inventory

this happened to me when I tried trading it with lotto, put it in to trade, but didn't work so I closed the trade and the skin was gone from my inventory

This man is a rule breaker!!

If you want to be refunded a skin, you would have to be able to prove that you did actually lose it for no reason and that you didn't trade it away, sell it, etc.
If you have a recording or something of the like of the time that you lost it then we would be able to do something about this.

In regards to the reports about items disappearing, I am looking into it, however it should not be physically possible for items to randomly "disappear" at all.

I might have found a possible solution to this a while ago, but when I lost my Thanos model I equipped a title onto it. It wasn't in my inventory but I could still add titles/effects to it. Try to add a title to it, it fixed my problem
