If you have a recording or something of the like of the time that you lost it then we would be able to do something about this.
In regards to the reports about items disappearing, I am looking into it, however it should not be physically possible for items to randomly "disappear" at all.
Aren't trade logs a thing? I heard that you can check them and I provided proof that I previously had it. I also sent Dr.House screenshots of my inventory to prove I no longer have the skin. It all just adds up to it just "disappearing" which apparently isn't possible but has happened to me (and others apparently) on more than one occasion. But i didn't care because those were skins or items that i didn't care about or could just buy them again. This skin however is the skin I always used. Many people have asked to buy it for millions of points but I declined because it was my rarest and favorite skin.I also have over a million pointshop points so I really don't need anymore.
