Suggestion Title: Remove the lifecheck rule

How would it benefit the server: Stop the unnecessary problems that are being caused by this rule at the moment.

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A

Additional notes: Anyone who's played on the server recently will most likely have noticed an issue arise regarding this rule.

Recently, this rule has been used in a way that's caused multiple problems within the server. A detective calls a lifecheck right at the start of the round and ends up KOSing more than half of the server for not responding to it, which is in no way how it should be used. It's leading to mass amounts of reports being created with people not understanding why they are being killed.

Honestly, the rule is just underdeveloped in many ways and I don't really see the point of it, and because of the issues it's creating at the moment, it should really just be removed or updated.

2) how else am I supposed to get kills
3) it can actually be used in an actual game scenario
4) there was going to be a system implemented when it could tell you if you can place a life check after 1 min

I don't think the system should be removed entirely, but adjusted such that you can call a lifecheck for individual people, instead of the whole server at once. This means the whole server doesn't get instantly kos'ed, but a detective can still check for people who are alive when there are only a few people left.

even so, how does someone not responding to a lifecheck make them a suspected traitor? I've never understood why it's a reason to be killed

Why would you need a life check for one person when it’s easier to just tell them to test
