Yup. Sadly there are two issues at hand; execution and capacity^[?].

Currently, there is not a seasoned enough developer to take on the project, nor anyone who would be able to direct such a project moving forward in development (without having to split their time; clearly wouldn't be optimal for a server at this scale).

In addition to that, the Community Team members have conveyed a number of times that they aren't interested in starting a new server at this current point in time.^[1]
