This isn't too beneficial for the players, and writing "None!" on Potential Issues is somewhat optimistic.
If someone has an NLR that is false or incorrect, it's as simple as just ignoring the NLR and moving on. There's no need to remove it as it doesn't have any significance whatsoever. Perhaps it can be good to avoid confusion between staff members but that is only an issue in a small number of scenarios.
The issue with this is that staff members may choose to abuse this feature to give themselves - or their friends - an easy NLR bypass. Obviously, it's not every day a staff member abuses their powers, but it is to be considered.
Overall, this doesn't seem worth it. There's no significant benefit to it, and the benefits simply can't outweigh the problems in this case.
