Its a rare and somewhat expensive item, it is fine as is...

Nerf what? Damage? Range? What a shitty suggestion, pinpoint the problem and what aspect of gameplay you want it to be nerf'd, otherwise we can buff the brightness of the projectiles and that would count as a nerf.
