Actually, only EiPUS got refunded for that bug, after that all of the refunds with this bug got denied, and there is actually you could do to avoid it.
Consider not raiding the nuke if you join when it already started, ask someone what is the real timer, do not equip your suit in the last 15 seconds and more

No because how would he know it isn't the right timer?, And rather if he wanted to raid the nuke or not he was doing and I don't see why Eipus shpu ld get refunded but no one else?

This is a client side glitch with the timer and with only occur when leaving and rejoining during the nuke easy way to avoid it is to simply unequip earlier you know at 30 second if you have rejoined rather then let's say the usual 10 oh and also double check the times as even as gangsters will still Check it just incase so just ask someone else what that time is not that difficult but personally it should be refunded but we shall see

This was the last response to another refund request for a similar situation. We cannot determine what the cause is for the difference between your nuke timer and the actual time. The best advice I can give you is to not wear suits during the last few seconds of an ongoing nuke.

The nuke timer will be changed to lower the chances of this occurring.
