Suggestion Title:
When staff give verbal warnings out to rookie players, which we often do, it should be placed on their rap sheet, with something as simple as !warn -Name- Verbal warning.

How would it benefit the server:
Prevents rookie players from getting multiple verbal warnings, which is somewhat likely to happen. Whilst not necessary or urgent, it would make a great addition.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Some staff do not give verbal warnings as it isn't in any rules, whilst some other staff are advised to. This verbal warning can be used for name changes, amount of recent punishments ("and getting one more is a ban...") and for their first offence.
Using !warn could activate the autokick/ban on occasion so should be a separate command(credit to .uzi)

Additional notes:
Staff should be giving out verbal warnings, or it should be made clear that they aren't at all necessary/we don't need to.

This would be the biggest issue with that. But I also understand where you are coming from with Rookie players getting multiple verbals from different staff members.It might be beneficial to have on the rap sheet however to know whether or not they have received one, but its always up to the staff member whether to issue a verbal or not.

The whole idea of a verbal warning is that it's not logged - it allows leeway for improvement. It allows someone to make a mistake and go (relatively) unpunished if they demonstrate a desire to change. Putting verbal warnings on rapsheets negates this idea entirely and just creates another form of warning, making this idea redundant in practice.

This suggestion would need great reform before becoming viable to implement.

I mean verbal warnings are meant to be given to make a player aware of what they've done wrong so that they will not do it again.
It is up to the staff member to choose whether or not to verbally warn a player or to fully warn them.

Plus there is also the fact, I am not sure if it is like this on TTT but there is a warning threshold which kick and bans the player after exceeding the threshold, so it can lead to some players getting falsely punished.

I don't think it would be beneficial to the server. that is just my opinion and correct me on any of my statements that I have made in case I made a mistake .

No sorry mate, the whole point of giving out a verbal warning is that it is verbal, it shouldn't be logged on someones rapsheet. If you want to punish someone and it get logged then warn them using the warn command. Thanks for spending the time to make the suggestion.
