I mean verbal warnings are meant to be given to make a player aware of what they've done wrong so that they will not do it again.
It is up to the staff member to choose whether or not to verbally warn a player or to fully warn them.

Plus there is also the fact, I am not sure if it is like this on TTT but there is a warning threshold which kick and bans the player after exceeding the threshold, so it can lead to some players getting falsely punished.

I don't think it would be beneficial to the server. that is just my opinion and correct me on any of my statements that I have made in case I made a mistake .
