Server Name: Semi-Serious RP

Suggestion Title: A Change to the Refunding system upon disconnection with the server.

How would it benefit the server: Currently, if you force reconnect by binding a simple "retry" command to a key, you can avoid death and the ripping of your items and suits while in combat and it feels like a cheaty way to get yourself out of a shitty situation that you didn't think through in the first place. Instead, players who use a forced disconnect with themselves and the server should not get their items refunded.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Coding the ability to differentiate between a force close, or time out, and crashing could be an issue.
