How Lead Team staff applications are responded to

How would it benefit the server:
Not the server, however, it benefits the people we have applying for the lead team.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
There aren't any.

I recently made a TTT Super Admin application which was denied. The way I received word of this was through the meeting outcome post, and not through any kind of response from an LT Member or a reply to my application. I feel this should be changed as other applications seem to merit a response. Also, the person who applied for staff learns what to improve, through the response; whereas someone applying for a much higher up role is left in the dark on what they could do better.

There may be a reason they dont respond to LT applications that I am unsure of, but I think it would be beneficial to those applying to know why they got denied and what they can improve on.

I did end up asking, wasn't much in detail. I don't see why stop formally responding to SA apps when through the whole meeting you see every Mod/Admin ap being responded to.

So I've wanted to do this for an incredibly long amount of time. When I got CM I promised that I'd keep the Lead Team applications always open, but after a more in-depth discussion I decided against it at the time as the negatives outweigh the positives. To make up for the lack of me making up to this particular promise I wanted to instead implement a new template response for responding to Lead Team applications. I just never actually started proper work on it.

You'll probably see something like this soon enough. I really want to do this before the end of the summer holidays, and as I'm going to start at my new college next week I guess I'll sort this out before the meeting this Sunday.
