I recently made a TTT Super Admin application which was denied. The way I received word of this was through the meeting outcome post, and not through any kind of response from an LT Member or a reply to my application. I feel this should be changed as other applications seem to merit a response. Also, the person who applied for staff learns what to improve, through the response; whereas someone applying for a much higher up role is left in the dark on what they could do better.
You can ask points of improvement from LT. i believe that alone is better way than simple response on your application. Usually for example in ts if you ask the LT where to improve on they tell you in detail what to improve
