Suggestion Title: Bump Limiting

How would it benefit the server: (N/A - Forums) It would benefit the forums to prevent those from constantly bumping for an example, their applications or their suggestions.

Potential Issues/Exploits: I honestly can't see how this could be exploited, sure I could see some issues here and there, but it would significantly reduce if not eliminate the amount of spam bumps done to one's thread.

Additional notes: As you all should know by now, people almost CONSTANTLY bump their application, some even repeatedly bump their bumps an hour after their previous one. My thoughts on this is that bumping in general is a way for those to get notice to something they believe should be noticed, correct? Well, basically all that needs to be done about this is restricting the amount of "Bumping" one can do, therefore if "Bumping" was only allowed by one who made the thread, and restricted them from limiting the bump only to be done once every 24 hours from the previous reply.

"Thread makers can bump their own threads once every 24 hours from the last reply."

Therefore we could cut down on the amount of unnecessary posting done on the forums, or this could even become just a forum staff members duty as part of the TOU listed as "Be Patient"

You are already not allowed to bump your post if it's on the first page of the forums

I think it should be based on where the suggestion/application currently is (1st, 2nd, 3rd page, etc.) and not on a time limit.

Seriously though, I agree that people constantly "bumping" their posts shouldn't be allowed however I would imagine this rules would be quite harsh to impose and people would just bump by saying like "that's for the feedback "name."

As much as I agree, I don't feel this is plausible.
