Suggestion Title: Police Auctions

How would it benefit the server: Well as of now, whenever somebody gets arrested with a special weapon out, it's gone forever. However what this would is essentially save the item and put it on an auction house where people can bid on.

I can see people disagreeing with this as maybe people will think it's "useless" or the fact that it will save some items from going near extinct but the fact is this will make players want to arrest people over just killing them as then they could snatch it up for a bargain afterwards, not to mention that this will improve roleplay as it will give a more realistic appeal to the server.

Potential Issues/Exploits: This could be very hard to code but don't quote me on that as I have 0 knowledge of coding and there could easily be exploits to begin with

Actually a pretty good idea I would add to the server,there would be a shitton of gluon and other guns, also I would make like if someone gets arrested with a PSG it's for free in auction or its quick sell!

I would imagine this would be rather simple to code just when arresting someone scan for weapon/suit send to database database is read and it is put on an auction house like the one there is currently

If implemented could be a good way to keep suits in circulation

Make it so after the fine page it tells you what list of special items you had on and would stop the banking of suits, so it would show another page saying all the special stuff you had and lets you set the price with the time of 24 hours or sommet. Good idea
