Story: I asked Rema if he could tp me to TDM arena so I can test out the Ion Cannon prop damage. So I spawned some cargos and somehow the Ion just exploded right on me. Idk if it was the Thermal on me but shouldn't it fly just trough me?

This could of been avoided if you wouldn't fucked around in the admin area. The video doesn't realy show anything as to me it looks like you got ioned from the side but good luck, I hope you get your items back.

You hit the sky box with the ion blast.

The thermals now have a solid hitbox for quite a while actualy. The ion left click being such a huge projectile came out and probably directly hit the thermals placed on your body on its way out thus causing the explosion and killing you in the process.

Now wether or not this should be considered your fault for having thermals on your body in the first place or if that should be considered a " glitch " is up to the client sided community managers.

Edit : Or coud be what Na1 mentioned since the skybox on top of the buildings is very low and the ion tends to arch upwards when you fire it.

This seems to be your own fault, you shot up into a roof/skybox, when you knew it was there, you could've known an ION always shoots up and then goes down again

It was in TDM Arena, and hes a big noob and "shatted" himself.

You killed yourself with it...

As you can see, you were killed by the thermals on your body. If you're going to test shit out then don't do it with explosives on your body - that's just asking for trouble.
